The Peppers are more than just a band with socks on their dicks. They’re a band of brothers who made music for themselves. They weren’t afraid to break the racial barrier that existed at the time of their conception. They didn’t care if they didn’t get any airplay on the radio. They didn’t give a rat’s ass on what others were thinking at that time. They taught me that I shouldn’t care about what others think about me; that I should just do whatever the fuck I want as long as it makes me happy. This is why I love this band more than words can explain.
